\u034f\u034f<\/p>\nL’associaci\u00f3 de radioaficionats del Pallars, expressa una en\u00e8rgica protesta i absolut rebuig de les sent\u00e8ncies condemnat\u00f2ries del Tribunal Suprem de l\u2019Estat Espanyol als Presos Pol\u00edtics Catalans. La Presidenta del Parlament, els membres del Govern Catal\u00e0 aix\u00ed com els l\u00edders socials durant l\u20191 d\u2019Octubre, varen ser acusats d\u2019uns delictes inexistents i jutjats en un judici televisat en el qual tota la ciutadania va poder veure la vulneraci\u00f3 de drets b\u00e0sics dels acusats.<\/p>\n

Un judici farsa: amb membres del tribunal p\u00fablicament en conviv\u00e8ncia amb partits pol\u00edtics que manifesten a diari catalanof\u00f2bia; amb una acusaci\u00f3 particular que \u00e9s un partit pol\u00edtic clarament franquista; amb trames d\u2019amiguisme dins els m\u00e0xims estaments judicials de l\u2019Estat; amb manca de separaci\u00f3 de poders; amb un jutge instructor amb m\u00e8rits insuficients per al c\u00e0rrec; amb uns atestats policials plens de falsedats com demostren les imatges televisives; amb una fiscalia que no busca la veritat dels fets i la just\u00edcia sin\u00f3 el c\u00e0stig i acarnissament inventant-se delictes; una just\u00edcia sorda als dict\u00e0mens d\u2019organismes especialitzats en drets humans de l\u2019ONU i ONGs que exigien l\u2019alliberament immediat de la pres\u00f3 provisional en que han mantingut els presos durant dos anys. En definitiva, una aut\u00e8ntica vergonya en l\u2019Europa democr\u00e0tica com continuaci\u00f3 del \u201ca por ellos\u201d instigat pel cap de l\u2019Estat.<\/p>\n

\u00a0No acceptem les sent\u00e8ncies condemnat\u00f2ries. No les acatem. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u034f\u034f<\/p>\n Denunciem i rebutgem tamb\u00e9, la continua repressi\u00f3 exercida pel poders de l\u2019Estat. En forma de detencions i empresonaments que no respecten els drets i basats en acusacions falses. En forma d\u2019alterar judicialment el normal funcionament de les institucions democr\u00e0tiques impedint els elegits accedir al seu c\u00e0rrec. En forma de persecuci\u00f3 per motius d\u2019identitat nacional, idees pol\u00edtiques i llengua. En forma de limitaci\u00f3 de drets elementals de llibertat d\u2019expressi\u00f3, reuni\u00f3 i manifestaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n Fem una crida a tota la comunitat de radioaficionats a mostrar p\u00fablicament el seu rebuig m\u00e9s absolut, en\u00e8rgic i pac\u00edfic a les sent\u00e8ncies; a defensar els seus drets b\u00e0sics com a ciutadans que l\u2019Estat no pot anihilar; a participar en els actes de protesta liderats per les entitats i la societat civil.<\/p>\n \u034f\u034f<\/p>\n Radioaficionats del Pallars, 14 d\u2019octubre de 2019.<\/p>\n \u034f\u034f\u00a0\u034f\u034f<\/p>\n _______________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n Statement of Radioaficionats del Pallars, RDP.CAT<\/p>\n The Pallars\u2019s Amateur Radio Association<\/span><\/span> wish to express a strong protest and absolute rejection of the guilty verdict of the Catalan Political Prisoners announced today by the Spanish Supreme Court. The former parliament chairwoman, the former cabinet members and the activist leaders on October 1st 2017 ( independence referendum day ), were charged and judged of non-existent crimes in a TV-broadcasted trial in which all the citizens could see the violation of their elementary rights.<\/p>\n It was a far-fetched trial: some members of the jury were promoted and influenced by parties that demonstrate on a daily basis Catalan-phobia. The private prosecution was carried out by a Francoist political party. There is a well-known and published cronyism at the Supreme Court members. There was lack of separation of powers. The investigating judge have no achievement enough for the position. There were plenty of falseness at the police reports as shown at video recordings. The prosecutor\u2019s office didn\u2019t search for the truth, the truly facts and justice but the punishment and cruelty by inventing crimes. There is a blind justice to the reports of specialized agencies in human rights of the UN and NGOs who demanded to liberate immediately the political prisoners who had been kept in pre-trial imprison for two years. In short, a real shame in the democratic Europe and a witch hunting instigated by Spanish King in his speech on October 3rd<\/sup> 2017.<\/p>\n We reject the court sentence. We do not comply with the jury verdict.<\/strong><\/p>\n We denunciate and reject the persistent repression carried out by the powers of the state as well. Recently there were new citizens\u2019 arbitrary arrests and imprisonments. They were charged according Police reports based on false evidences and disrespectful their elementary rights. There is judicially altering the normal functioning of democratic institutions preventing the elected from gaining access to their position. There is Police harassing based on the national identity, political ideas and language. Elementary and civil rights, freedom of expression, right of assembly and right of protest are being criminalized.<\/p>\n We call on the entire radio amateur community to publicly show their absolute, most energetic and peaceful rejection of sentences. We call to defend the civil rights which the Spanish State mustn\u2019t ban.
